I’m Ivona Kaplan, the founder of NUCO Design, a high-end beach jewelry brand born from a life shaped by the sea, tradition, and a love for timeless beauty.

Since 2011, I’ve been creating jewelry that reflects my passion for quality, artistry, and storytelling. Raised in the elegant cityscape of Vienna - Austria, with roots in the mountains of Bosnia and Hercegovina and the stunning shores of Croatia, I grew up immersed in a world that blended the vibrant Mediterranean coast life with the class of old European craftsmanship. Coming from a creator family, I inherited a passion for artistry, detail, and storytelling through handmade treasures.​ Today, I call Tel Aviv home, where the Mediterranean’s shimmering shores inspire me every day. Whether it’s the soft colors of a sunset or the raw textures of nature, these moments find their way into my designs.
