How to measure your arm wrist for a perfect fit:

If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a thin strip of paper or a thread.

Wrap the strip/thread around your wrist, not too snug not too loose.

Make a mark or cut the strip/thread.

Lay the strip flat and measure its length with a ruler.

Add 0.5 - 0.7 cm to ensure the length you should select at your order.
