To be eligible for wholesale prices you have to be a shop owner and be verified by us. 

​

In order to be verified, please send an email to hello@nucodesign.online, expressing your wish to be verified as a shop.

Please include any kind of proof (address, webpage, social media profiles..).

​

After verification we will send you the password for the Nuco Design wholesale shop.

You will be able to order all available items online and receive wholesale prices. 

​

The Minimum Order Amount is 500 USD

Advanced payment required.

If you want to customize the jewelry, please talk to us prior to ordering via email hello@nucodesign.online

After you place your order you will receive an order confirmation.

​

Delivery time:

All items at Nuco Design are made on order. Please keep that in mind, and check with us on delivering times.

Shipping:

When your desired products are ready to be shipped, they will be delivered by UPS, DPD, Fed Ex or a similar transport service.

Please contact us for further details.

International orders may be subjected to import duties and taxes.

Kindly note, as the recipient, you are responsible for the payment of these charges.

In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays and cannot take any responsibility regarding this matter.

We advise that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

We are not responsible for any package lost or damaged while in transit.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping of any order.

Shipping costs may depend on the number of boxes and the total weight. 

 

Returns:

For Wholesale customers and Retailers Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order.

To return contact: hello@nucodesign.online (Instagram and/or Facebook messages aren't valid for return requests) All returns must include original packaging and tags. All returns must be sent via registered mail or via, Fedex or UPS in their original condition, to the address below.

 

Valid for non-sale items only. All custom & special orders are final sale (no return) and discount codes cannot be applied. Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost. 

 

Once your return has been received by us, a refund will be issued back to your original paying method within 10 business days, excluding all delivery costs and customs duties.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet our return policy.
